Chairman/CEO/Shareholder

Chief executive one of the country’s largest industrial/medical/specialty gas distribution companies providing packaged gases and related equipment.

Leader of growth of business from 5 million to 60 million from 1981 to 2008, resulting in EBITDA consistently exceeding industry performance statistics.
Led successful roll up by acquiring related businesses, creating five-fold growth for division in 5 years, resulting in a highly profitable and successful division divestiture in 2005.
Spearheaded company’s largest acquisition in 2006, adding 35% more revenue to core business.
